Product introduction
The sealing gasket of plate heat exchanger is the key component of plate heat exchanger. The application scope of plate heat exchanger is limited by the sealing gasket to a great extent. The requirement of sealing gasket in corrosive medium is extremely high. Tailifeng develops and manufactures special sealing gasket by itself, and chooses different sealing gaskets according to different applicable medium, which all meet the requirements of food grade. Deeply trusted by customers! Sealing gaskets are all made of raw materials provided by internationally renowned manufacturers and have a long service life. Two seals are arranged between the hot and cold fluids, and the leakage zone is in the middle. Whether the internal seal of cold or hot fluids is damaged, the leaked fluids will flow through the leak zone from the specially designed leak hole of the gasket to the outside without mixing with each other. Its unique design of convex section makes the whole plate group clamp each other when clamping, avoiding dislocation, greatly enhancing the sealing performance. Its installation mode can be divided into three types: adhesive type, embedded type and hanging type.
